resulted in an excellent balance of flavours, colour and structure, highlighting the aromas to create the very essence of elegance of premium aged Wines.

Fermentation

Cold pre-maceration takes place at 8°C for 5 days. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for approximately 8 days at 25 – 28°C then rests on lees for 10 to 14 days. 100% malolactic fermentation.

Aging

Aged in new oak barrels, French (70%) and American (30%) for 10 to 12 months.

Tasting Notes

Intense red color with violet nuances. The flavors and aromas remind of cherry and ripe plums, with the presence of touches of cassis and clove. Intense aromas. A very elegant specimen of a premium wine.
